![]() The Youth Award was created in 2003 to recognize the efforts of young individuals, who are not older than a senior in a state public or private high school, who have demonstrated a strong commitment to civil liberties. The award is given annually. Teachers, counselors or community groups nominate candidates. A first place award of $1,000 and two finalist awards of $500 are presented in a ceremony at the State Supreme court. Informational Brochure Award Application |
