The ACLU of Hawai'i is not a part of the government and receives no government funds. Our support comes from the contributions of people like you. There are many ways that you can become a part of our mission to protect the rights of everyone:
Become a Member
Join with the more than 400,000 individuals, more than 1,200 of whom are from Hawai'i, who contribute to the defense of liberty. Membership automatically makes you part of the national ACLU as well as the local Hawai'i affiliate. You will receive a membership card and a free subscription to the national and local ACLU newsletters. Membership dues (not tax-deductible) underwrite our legislative program.
Make a Tax-Deductible Gift
Your tax-deductible donation of money, office equipment or other resources underwrite our legal and public education programs.
Purchase Merchandise
Show your support of the ACLU without having to break out your membership card. You can get ACLU of Hawaii t-Shirts, posters, and other merchandise to show off your support of the ACLU and help our cause at the same time.
